Well there just like any other place it will depend on who they hire. My local O'Reilly's is a pretty good store but on the other hand they have been pretty much to only parts house in town up till auto clone came in and auto clone isn't worth a darn. A couple of the people in my local O'Reilly's I have known for decades which does help plus the people there know I ask for stuff that is hard to find some times so I have 4 or 5 of them that I have taught how to find what I need sort of
