Around here we have choice of that or AZ or Advance or NAPA or local independent. The franchise stores are all about the same and the difference is who is behind the counter. Blow reilley's seems to have a good warranty setup.
Our NAPA is nearly impossible to get along with. They work banker hours and nearly everything has to be ordered. No prices on the shelves.
Advance used to be pretty good then about 3 or 4 years ago all their prices jumped quite a bit. The quality of help took a nose dive. Was there the other day and they didn't have the gasket material in stock. The one guy there said they had a bunch of stuff in back just off the truck but no one to go through it. One person has called in sick or quit and two others had just got fired. He said to check O'reillys and that's where he shopped.
Local independent doesn't even look the part up, just goes to the shelf and gets it. However his warehouse has slowly been stocking less and less. No more Farmall gaskets. Also they have airtex fuel pumps which I refuse to buy.

If it would just start when I turn the key, then I would use it more often. In addition to a bad case of old age, most of the tractor's original electrical system was simply too unreliable to keep. The main focus of this page is to show how I upgr
