A few chains and boomers in the right places would prevent something like this. Probably would have saved this guy's job as well. Many years ago I made my living hauling farm equipment for an IH dealer in Lawrence, KS. I always tied everything down on all four corners. If an overpass looked to low I either went around it or inched up to it make sure I would clear. Sure beats trying to explain a stupid mistake like this.
