: but still be useable. comments please. Wayne, In my opinion this is the best way to go. Everything still looks original. You don't have to change the light bulbs or anything. Just install a eight volt battery and check the charging rate. You may not even have to reset that. If it is not charging enough, just set the regulator up a little bit and you are ready to go.
