All the smell is gone. Very few things along the river from the north to the south end of town. Pillsbury is now a track and field place for ISU. Elanco is planning to move out soon. Part of the smell was the sewer plant, it had to clean up it smell too.
Commercial solvents is on the east side, they would like to run it out of town. It's next to grain elevator. Doubt if it moves. Another grain elevator on west side in town.
Factories move out, tear down buildings, loss in property taxes, not to mention job loss.
