My gut opinion here, no facts or sales to back this up. Your price of 1200$ would be ok if the tractor starts and runs well. I would consider that the very top of the price range for that tractor. Bottom of the range would be 400-800$. Of course the "new" mag was pricey and battery. What the tire condition is a really big part of the price. Without the eagle hitch the tractor is restricted to pull type implements, and no lpto also reduce its desirability. One other factor is the mph of the fastest gear, if it won't run 10mph it not desirable as a tractor ride tractor. jmho gobble
