RRLund, I do computer repair at work, and it's pretty straight forward to do. You can roll back from Windows 10 to Windows 7 for 30 days after the upgrade to Windows 10 - after that you cannot.
Go to the 'Start' button, then click on the icon that looks like a gear which is the 'Settings'. Then under 'Settings' in the bottom left hand corner it should say 'Updates and Recovery' click that. Next in the left hand column click 'Recovery'. There is will say you can roll back to Windows 7 for 30 days, click to get the process going and it will ask you why your rolling back, and I always put that it upgraded on it's own to 10 as my reason as that's frustrating. Then it will offer to check for the latest Windows 10 updates, but bypass that and say go back to 7. In about 30-40 minutes you'll be back to Windows 7 and happy.
I am doing this off memory so it might not be 100% correct but should be close. Feel free to send me an email as well and I'd be glad to help you. I talked people through this all the time at work.
