The wiffey's cumpuker got hijacked by windows 10 also. It blackscreened her puter. She tried to cancle it before it blackscreened, but nothing would stop it. She has a Dell Total Protection contract, and called them when it blackscreened. She was on the phone for 4 hrs with them and they got it to come back up, but not functional. they gave up and sugested that it had a harddrive problem and sugested that she needed to send it to them or take it to a local compuker Guru. She took it to a local guy and $150 bucks later he had it working with W-10. She lost all her programs for her sewing and embrodiry machines, and they are not W-10 compatible. Where do we file our lawsuit against Microsoft????? This invasion of our computers is total BS. Loren, the Acg.
