I have no idea HOW anything is tracked but every time one of these Gov't whistle blowers comes out its with more information its how they can get more and more of anyone's business. There is no such thing as privacy on the internet,on a phone or really just walking down the street.Heck with drones and satilites you can't even take a whizz out behind the barn in private(LOL)

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
