I have a 2004 Chrysler Pacifica. I enjoy driving it as it sits higher than a sedan and rides smoothly - it's a heavy car. It does not have very good gas mileage compared to the newer vehicles. Mine is rated at 17 mpg city and 23 mpg highway. For as big as it is you would think it would seat 8 but it only seats 6 - bucket front seats, bucket 2nd row seats, and 2 individual fold down seats in the 3rd row. We don't drive a lot as it has only 48,000 miles and we got it new, 12 years ago. The only issue I've had with it is noisy strut mounts occasionally. I took it to my favorite mechanical shop and they put new strut mounts on it to the tune of about $300. Still noisy. I went to a Chrysler dealer who told me the noisy strut mounts was an issue common to Pacificas and all that was needed was to have the mounts lubricated with a special grease (not silicone)the dealer has. His repair manual told him the greasing is about a 2-hour job - remove the struts, grease the struts and mounts and reassemble. Well, having already spent $300, I decided to live with the noise. It only happens occasionally and only for a short time. Other than that, I have always enjoyed driving the car.

Cylinders are the reason for the hydraulic circuit. They take the fluid power delivered from the pump and magically change it into mechanical power. There are many types of cylinders that one might run across on a farm scenario. Each one could take a chapter in
