I was gonna cut hay off a rented place tomorrow. A guy who lives right next to it told my wife this morning that the absentee owner had sold the place. This guy who told her,had been trying to buy it. He called the owner when he got home from Florida last month and the guy said he'd sold it,but wouldn't say who bought it. So,this afternoon,I went and saw the guy who lives on the other side of it if he knew anything about it. He said,ya,he'd bought it,go ahead and cut it like you always have. Would have been nice to know without having to go knocking on doors. What we have here is a little break down in communication.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
