I have used Rock Auto. I can buy just two wix oil filters for my F350 and pay for shipping and save $10 compared to getting two of them at local stores. I don't know where those guys get the wix filters they sell, but it would seem to me it is the same thing I can buy at the local auto parts stores. I like supporting local business, but it seems like almost everything is 50% more local compared to Rock Auto.
Once Rock Auto sent me a cloth oil filter for my tractor that looked like it had been rolling around in dirt for a few days. I emailed them, asked why would I put that thing in my tractor and they apologized and sent me a new one at no cost right away. Might have even been rush mailed. Pretty good service.
