Many things can be made with a 3D printer, Fan blades are not one of them. Even the toughest ABS has spaces inside the matrex of deposited plastic that reduce strength. Blades whizzing off are not desirable. A 3D printer job would cost 10 times the price of a new blade. We have 12 3D printers of various print material at SCSU and none of them are suitable for high reliability glass reinforced components. The 3D modeling to create the file to print would also take 10 hours or so. Jim
