Common sense was around more in the depression of the 1930's. A deep depression might bring common sense back again. I listened to the GI's after they returned from WWII and thought to myself that common sense and family discipline are going to decline. Common sense has been on a decline for the last 71 years. I guess at some point we'll have to hit bottom before we wake up and think better.
Read in the AARP that after WA legalized mari-ju-wanna, the accident rate that involved use of mari-ju-wanna has gone from 8% to 17%. No common sense there.
