Hi The only thing it has going for it are low hours and the price. As said engine parts are getting hard to find. The weak point on it is the transmission couplings for drive and pto. The final drives especially with duals and if it's been a heavy tillage or pulled heavy loads are known to drop or chip teeth as well. you also have to watch the brakes aren't worn out or close to it, if they are the system puts filings through the hyds, and screws up the pumps and everything else in the hyd circuit just like some Deeres will.multi power and pto drive discs can screw round if the teeth are starting to wear to shark tooth sharp, and groove the drums as well they will stick on the MP or drag on the pto if warped from over loading.
I can find worn out or blown up 1135's round here with trans and hyd problems, there are lots more 1155's with the extra power in the same mess. It's the same rear end as 35's but couldn't take the extra power doing heavy tillage work. Yeah it might be alright at those hours unless it's round the clock and looks nice at 14800 hours. I had an 1135 here looked nice it had issues when I got it as a fixer. we think that was really 15600 hours with what it was like when I got in it to fix the transmission, and found the other chipped and missing teeth. worn splines and the filings in everything from the brakes. Your money your choice, BE REAL CAREFUL! I wouldn't personally touch it with someone else's 10 ft pole after my 1135 even if it was 4800 hrs genuine one day somebodys going to get problems with it. Are the 80% rears original as new fronts and 80% non original rears could be hiding the true hours if it wore the first set out.

Today's Featured Article - Usin Your Implements: Bucket Loader - by Curtis Von Fange. Introduction: Dad was raised during the depression years of the thirties. As a kid he worked part time on a farm in Kansas doing many of the manual chores. Some of the more successful farmers of that day had a new time saving device called a tractor. It increased the farm productivity and, in general, made life easier because more work could be done with this 'mechanical beast'. My dad dreamed that some day he would have his own tractor with every implement he could get. When he rea
