Maybe talk to the good operator first and get his thoughts. They might be willing to push you around but the other guy might have a word or two to say. It would be nice if everyone believed in the saying do unto others as you would want others do unto you. It doesn't matter who people are there will always be the idiot and you will probably get painted as the bad guy. I have an Amish neighbor I could always tell when church was coming he would always move the stuff he's not supposed to have and park it on my farm he pulled a lot of stunts that ended up costing me time and money eventually I chucked him out and guess who the bad guy is. I have always been in fights with the neighbor's the majority have old money backing them up and me on my own. The farm I have is 120 acres all flat and tillable needless to say people would be willing to do anything to get it and when I don't give the entitled few there way will I guess I'm learning how to live with the reputation of being evil and nasty. It's funny a priest told me for what I believe in I'm on the wrong side of town.
