I rarely post here but, I read from time to time. After reading this,along with most of the comments earlier today it kept coming to mind so here's my two cents;
Most of the the advice here seems to be overreaction at the very least, there's no point in being known as the neighbor who flys off the handle over little things unless its absolutely necessary. Instead of showing out,the way to handle it would be go see the guy and have a friendly conversation about it. Instead of driving up in his yard, jumping out of the truck screaming, try asking about the weather, family or whatever and ease into the subject, something like, hey, when you park your grain truck behind my barn it leaves ruts and it's hard on my lawnmower I would appreciate if you would park it in the field instead and that may very well be the end of it. If you go off the grid on him right off the bat or call the cops on him how would you expect him to accept it? Probably not well.
I said all that to make this point, it seems a lot of people do things like that and just don't really realize that it's causing a problem, sometimes they think if it were the other way around they would think nothing of a few ruts or a piece of equipment parked on their place for a while because that was where it broke down. It's perhaps not they they are simply uncaring.
Now,with that being said, if during your friendly conversation he gets ugly or smart about it THEN.......well you gotta do what you gotta do.

But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
