I'm 67 years old and my knees are shot from standing on concrete my whole working life. I just had my left knee replaced because it was the worst. The cartilage was gone and the bone was worn away on one side. The surgery was April 4th, it was painful in the beginning, but is much better now. You have to figure it's pain that will be going away instead of getting worse. If you do the therapy and the exercises they give you you will be glad you did it. People who wish they had not done it are the ones who didn't do the therapy, because the therapy hurts like hell. By the way I'm a Vietnam vet too, 69-70. Quang tri province, 14th engr. Battn. Thank you for your service. As far as injections go, my brother had rooster comb injections but it didn't help much. I shopped around and asked people who their surgeon was, found one I was happy with in my ins. network.

The year was about 1967 and my father found a good used Ford 601 tractor to use on the farm instead of "Bob", our old mule. Now my grandfather had had this mule since the mid 40's and he was getting some age on him. S
