I was told Mon that "since they were not busy, it'd be fixed right away". What does that mean? I thought every day last week I'd be back in business, but they did not communicate well. I think they do house calls for select wealthy clients so then I feel their other work suffers. Then they called and said it was ready except I never got a call. Then I got it back Fri afternoon, took it home, and it would not connect to my wifi. So I called them and they said bring it back in. So I raced back to Chelsea and got it there right before they closed at 6 PM, they said it would only take a minute to fix it. When I got there they asked me where my wifi antenna was. I was never asked to bring that along. So they're open Sat at 9 AM, I said I'd be there. I was there with the antenna at 9 AM and 20 mins later I had to leave for a prior appointment across town, so nothing got done till this morning. Also, just north of Chelsea, the hwy dept has decided to construct a traffic circle on M52 and Werkner rd. and has a 1 way light that jams up traffic at all times of the day. I have to go through this mess each way to the repair place. I'm nowhere near as mad as my wife.

There is no known history regarding its origins or what service it had done, but the following work was undertaken alone to bring it up to show standard.
