Old Shredder

I found an old shredder that the owner says it is a 1942 model. It has metal wheels, pto driven, blade is driven by a belt that that comes off the main pully, under two idler pullies, then to the pully that drives the blades. Anyone know what kind of shredder this is please help me. The owner wants $150.00.
