Well, find 5,000 or 10,000 people that want the same thing and are willing to put money down on it. Go to a manufacturer with your specs, and tell them to build it. That's the only way a manufacturer is gonna build it.
Narrow front tractors became popular in the 30's and were dead by the mid 70's. Gasoline engines were pretty much done in the 70's in farm tractors, and the 80's for skid steers and swathers. You can get 30hp gasoline engines in lawn mowers today, but aren't likely to get narrow front with a cab with AC.
