Hello again..thanks for the reply... I do have a form to fill out from the Gibson club.. my late husband ordered this yrs ago and never followed thru with sending it in...he assumed that it wouldn't help him get parts w/o paying a fortune for shipping...he wa s shy about those things... a WW11 vet and didn't use the VA system for benefits... tried once for local check ups... we missed out on a lot of benefits. .. oh well, no one is perfect.. I'm almost perfect still working on it :D
