You'll need to check it for battery drain. An amp meter on a low amp DC setting is best, or an incandescent test light will work. Connect it in series with a disconnected battery cable and the battery post. There should be no reading with everything off.
If there is a reading, or the light glows, start disconnecting accessories until the light goes off. Start with the alternator, and any electronic devices.
Also look for corroded connectors, especially behind the amp meter, ignition switch, light switch, or any wire harness connectors.
