Eldon you should be able to get it out to where you want it. You have to switch the tires side to side and flip the dish inside the tires. The straps on the inside of the rims are not centered so that is why you have to switch them side to side JD always ships them in the narrow position. You also move the inside dish to the other side of the straps.
There are also wheel spacers available. You can get them form 2 inches up to 18 inches. JD offers them up to four inches and then Unverferth makes them wider.
