i worked at a place that sold zetors they had only been a dealer for a short while when i started. zetor had made tractors for deere but they were only sold in mexico and south america zetor also made the agri power tractors for menards. the tractors had heavy engine rods and the transmission gears were also heavy . they did have some problems with the clutch and brake master and slave cylinders leaking but they were not hard to replace. there were some problems with starting in cold weather or when they sat for a long time usually a few pumps on the primer helped but zetor came out with an electric fuel pump to help with the starting. the dealer sold mostly 35 to 75 hp and most were loader tractors. zetor has two large parts depots one in texas and one in pennsylvania so parts are not a problem and they will sell direct to the owner but the dealers get a price break. the head trouble shooter is in pennsylvania and was factory trained he has an accent but is understandable he will usually answer any questions or will get back as soon as he finds out what the answer is i left 6 years age so that is what i remember.
