I just bought the tractor and when I first saw and tried it out the PTO was working fine. I did not put it in gear, but the person saling did and no problem. Since I got it home, I have not been able to get it to engage. I have put in neutral, pushed clutch all the way down and tried to move the lever, either way, but it does not engage. I have also let half way up since it is a dual clutch, but nothing. It will just not move. The PTO flange that sticks out the back to hook bushhog on moves a little when you pull lever back and forth, but nothing. Am I doing anything wrong? I have never owned a tractor, but have worked on cars. I need help in knowing what to do and understanding the process the PTO does. How it works with the clutch etc and any advice on how to fix this. Help please. Don
