My youngest son got married saturday past I had been asked to make an Arch so they could be married under it. It started off with pieces of C16 timber I guess imported from Canada or the US then I started to throw it all together, took a bit of planning to get all the proportions correct. Once the arch was finished I made the bench seat, this can be added or removed at will. The rope heart took some experimenting as I couldnt get it to stay heart shaped so I coated it several times with paint then bound the ends with grey/silver wool. The central heart I made from slate then added self adhesive letter to forms words. The doves were the last thing to figure out, I drew them out then did the cutting with a small bandsaw, worked out okay I thought. I dont like painting much but that just finished it all off, took near 5 ltr to do though.Oh nearly forgot about the posts and rope fence, that was an easy part of the project. Next pictures show the Bullers of Buchan an area of dramatic scenary near the east coast of Scotland between Aberdeen and Peterhead, took lots of pictures so thought I would share a few with you guys who never sea the ocean (North Sea in this case). On our way back I got wrapped up in nature and found myself taking pictures of some wild flowers and some bugs, all bright coloured. Ive never seen those red and black bugs so dont ask me to identify them. Hope you enjoy these we certainly did and the walk helped prepare us for a nice lunch out at a place called the Buchan Braes Hotel. Bill

I have picked up and attempted to read every auto and farm electrics book with no improvement in the situation. They all seem to start with a chapter entitled "Theory of Electricity". After a few paragraphs I usually close the book and go back to banging out dents. A good friend and I were recently discussing our tractor electrical systems when he stated "I figure it all comes back to applying Ohms Law". At this point
