I snapped the parking brake cable right under the cab on my truck this winter while on a hay delivery. It's the one that hooks to the equalizer for the rear cables, so I'm guessing this is the intermediate cable?
It's a regular cab long box. Not sure what the wheel base is, and it's too late/dark to go outside and measure. Any one know what the wheel base is? Rock auto has the cable cheap enough, I just need the right length...
Don't like ordering the wrong part and having to send it back, and I need to order a few other parts for that, my wife's van, etc... so I figured for the price I'd have them throw it in the box too.
And yes, at least up until when I snapped the cable in March/April of this year, my parking brake actually worked...
