I may have won the lottery I got a confirmation the contract is on its way today. They tried to sell me a one time payment lease I did not bite I want a monthly payout looks like they are going to lease it on a monthly payout. . I have surfed the net and learned the ins and outs on how to up the lease I don't want to run them off any one have any tip's.
They are looking to install a 220 ft tower on a 12 acre track I brought just as a buffer from the neighbors. I never had any plans for the land other than a buffer. I wonder if they will give me some type of escrow money to cover my exspence of having a real estate lawyer look over the contract.
