Is there even any way he can prove it was from your truck and not his own vehical? Does he have video of the drive as it was when you arived all the way till after you were gone? If there is video does it even show up an oil spot? If you have not seen any video like that I would just advise an atorney to get it on record and forget it. He will want to claim you did more dammage if you do try to clean up. First he has to have to be able to prove that it was from your truck and not from his own. Then I would do no more bussineds with him.
