I lost two starter drives on my Jubilee. I used magnetic and fished out parts to six other broken drives. Last drive I chipped tooth on starter ring. That's when I replaced 6 volt starter with 12 volt starter because tractor was converted to 12 v and person who converted my tractor was too cheap to buy a 12 volt starter.
Neighbor had to split his Massey when his starter broke in half.
