Well, a couple of years ago was the 50th re-Onion of my high school grad class. I missed it due to other obligations - didn't freakin' care. In the interim, an old school chum who now lives on Van. Isle., has put together a group from the olde Alma Mater that now (and for some time) live there. When the original re-onion was scheduled, it was a hardship for the folks to attend, ferry fares, hotel costs. etc. So, they had their own meeting in a pub-after the fact. I have been invited to another of the same, and boy Howdy ! I'm going - it's a 20 min float plane ride from here to Nanaimo, costs about $125 return. yep. ;^)
