Cletrac Question

A local auction tobe on Oct. 3rd in Va., has a listing for a 1950 Cletrac Dozer w/ winch.
I called the people selling this equipment and asked the model number. They did not know but stated it had approx. a 8ft blade and a Hercules 6 cyl. gas engine, also had a winch on the rear.
Runs good but no high or low reverse.
Now my question; What Model does this sound like?. Is this to big to be considered a toy or easily transportable to shows ? Sounds heavy to me.
Last what is it worth with the known problems? and should I persue this?
Before this I was persuing a Cat ten or twenty.
