Are you going to have an auction to sell off property? If so, the best way would be to put them on the sale & buy them out of the sale. That way no one can accuse you in the future of "taking advantage" of them in their loss. I bought a car hauler trailer off my grandfather's estate before the auction for what I thought was a fair price. My uncles were not happy and made it known. Had I to do it over again, I would have let it go onto the sale and bought it there...
