I went through that as well. I bought some of the heavier Priefert panels at a midnight sale after I had got off work one night. I had a car so asked if I could pay for them now and pick up next day. No problem. I was tired and wasn't paying much attention. I told the clerk I wanted 14 panels but she only charged for 13. I came back next day and ended up loading 14 of them myself. I watched the "help" keep peeking around a corner and wait till I was done and strapping down before they came out and asked if I needed any help. I won't repeat what my said. Went to another store and was getting ready to leave for home when it finally dawned on me the bill didn't add up right. The urge to on drive home was almost overwhelming. I didn't however and went back across town to settle up. The clerk just acted annoyed and the manager came over and acted equally annoyed. They wouldn't let me have that one panel for the sale price but I let them know what I thought of them and their "help". When I left that store I sure felt like an idiot for being honest.

But, on the other hand, there is a secret language that our mechanical companions readily do speak. It is an interesting form of communication that involves all the senses of the listener. In this series we are going to investigate and learn the basic rudimentary skills of understanding this lingo.
