9N fuel prob.

Currently attempting to raise from the dead a '41 9N.
Replaced all ign. components and installed a carburator rebuilt kit.
However,it appears that the plugs aren't getting any fuel. (Good spark though)
Any helpfull suggestiond would be greatly appreciated. Steve
