Either go to court, or talk to prosecutors office and ask for them to reduce. Most prosecutors office is all about the money, and they will reduce to a speeding 1-5 MPH, however be prepared to pay up. All depends on if you want to spend time/effort and go to court. I have found out that one violation will raise your insurance rates for 3 years, and you will lose any safe driving discounts, etc. Usually worth just pleading to the lesser charge, but good chance the office will not show, and you can get case dismissed. If no evidence judge will often dismiss if you tell them you took off work, etc, and cannot come back at a later date. No witness, no case.
