Are you using the loader with the clutch pedal down???? The transmission charge pump does not turn when you have the clutch pedal down. This starves the main pump and makes it cavitate. This will make you lose lift and makes it jumpy.
If your not just having problems with the clutch down then you need to check the system pressure. If it is just above the priority valve setting you could be losing SCV and rockshaft hydraulics. When your having lift issues does the steering still work OK????
We need a little more information of what you mean by "losing power". and what your doing when it happens.
