A really big mechanics wrench "monkey" type. Bend a little at a time and work from the ends into the middle of the bent. Do NOT start in the middle because you will stretch the metal. Little bends at a time! On a firm surface like big wood blocks you can use a big arse hammer and a dead fall. "Big steel plate" to spread the impact. That way you will not make rose buds, dimples in the metal. Heat is the very last thing to use if you just can't do it any other way. If you can watch someone else give you a hand the first time it will stick with you from then on as how to do it. It is an art so take your time.
