Your local DMV probably has your state's "Driver's Manual" in both print form and online. I know, no one ever ever looks at them after they get their first driver's license. Hand signal are in the 2014 Nebraska Driver's Manual - section 4D-1.
I see more bicyclists and snowmobilers use hand signals more than any one else on the roads. I rarely see tractor drivers use the turn signal lights on cab tractors and I can't remember ever seeing a farmer use hand turn signals on an open station tractor. How many of use do?
