We pulled the two bolt cover and all the plungers were moving freely. It looked really clean in there. We could not identify what the control rack was. Will review the exploded views of the pump better. The oil in the right side of the pump was up to the fill level and looked very clean. We have a can of Blaster penetrant but did not use it at this time.
With the engine speed controlled by a air intake restriction cover, moved the tiller attachment to a location and off loaded it. The 3 point controls do not work (raise or lower) and that will need some work too. The PTO (not connected to anything) spins whether the lever is engaged or not. Is the PTO driven mechanically or by hydraulic action? The manual isn't real clear on that. Engine control is the most important goal at this point.
