We had one brand new in 1985, IH colors and decals, sharp looking tractor. Had an IH 2200 loader.
They are a solid tractor, much nicer than most tractors that size even today.
At 35 PTO HP it was too small for our needs powerwise so traded it for next size up (485) two years later.
We've had 3 2200 loaders, no issues with any of them. They are a nice, compact, solid loader. While not quick attach, there is no slop or noise when operating one, pretty well as close to an industrial loader as you will find on a tractor that size.
