Well Ford was better than IH. I bought a nice 656 gas with a loader and set it in the shop overnite to work on it. The next morning had a puddle that I assumed was a water pump. You can't see much on a utility with a 2000 loader. Tore it down and found a rusted thru frost plug that sets half way behind the plate for the front timing cover. So I am probaly going to have to pull the cam shaft to remove the plate to replace the freeze plug. The last person knew it was bad because they had it all smeered up with silicon:( Why did IH even put one there when they have another on the side of the block? I knew better than buying a red tractor but did it anyway because it was cheap.LOL Tom
