Always astounds me how many people are quick to run down eBay. It is a fabulous resource. Working on the scale it does, there cannot help but be a few glitches and crazy people involved. The seller should honor his quote...period. Decide whether you want the item enough to pay him extra, though. It could be a simple error due to inexperience on his part. Split it with him or compensate him for the extra...your choice...or stick to your guns and risk losing the item. Depends on what it is and how good a deal it was and how much you need it. Life is short...move on.
