SO I AM NOT SURE WHAT MODEL .I DO HAVE THE PART # NUMBER OF THE CASTING THAT THE BELLY MOUNTS ATTACH TOO IS ,463325r1. CASE/IH DOESNT GO BACK THAT FAR WITH PARTS OR SERVICE. I HAVE FOUND A PICTURE OF THE MOWER. IT IS HERE , I TYPED IN THIS AND IT CAME UP WITH THE FOLLOWING- IH120 SICKLE BAR MOWER , OR 4030 IH BELLY MOUNT MOWER FOR SALE. THAT LINK SHOWS THE MOWER ALSO . IT WAS SOLD AT AUCTION 8 YEARS AGO AND THEY DONT HAVE RECORDS OF WHAT MODEL IT WAS . I HAVE NOT BEEN ABLE TO POST PICTS OF WHAT I HAVE.THE WIFE IS IN AR . VISITING HER SON AND I AM JUST NOT KNOWLEDGEABLE ENOUGH TO GET A PICT ON HERE . I DO KNOW THAT I DONT HAVE THE MOUNTS FROM THE FRAME DOWN , THE PTO GEAR AND CHAIN , THE PTO EXTENSION/SHAFT THAT CONNECTS TO THE WOBBLE BOX? THAT DRIVES THE PULLEYS TO MAKE THE BAR GO BACK AND FORTH. ANY HELP IS A BLESSING , IVE YOU HAVE A SMTA WITH A BELLY/MID MOUNGT I AM THINKING THAT WOULD BE THE SAME .
