: Please advise. : Thanks The cutter blades are supposed to be free swinging so that if they hit a solid object they can deflect or move to keep from breaking. The rotating force keeps them out straight in normal operation. Be sure that the bolts are good and tight the cutter blades rotate on a shoulder. they should swing free with the bolts tight. Be careful these machines are dangerous. Good Luck
