Around here I think 10,000 is a little high for a gasser with that many miles, but, depends your market, and the condition of the truck for sure.
I wouldn't hesitate if it was what I was wanting. If you have a mechanical back ground, and something goes wrong, worst case, you can rebuild a 6.0 for about $2000. Dad has done a couple. Not a big deal really, just time consuming.
