A lot depends on what the first 200k was like. Got any records on the service history? I have a truck with 244k, a Durango with 291k, and even my little Ferrari has 109k. I take care of my vehicles. Many people do not.
If I were shopping for a truck, I'd go to TX. We have an abundance of used trucks for sale which keeps prices reasonable. No rust as long as it wasn't down on the gulf coast. What you need to watch out for here are oil field trucks. You can tell right away by the mass of dust and dirt on the undercarriage. Shop around Dallas and you can find a nice family truck or commercial truck that still has a lot of life in it. I know it's a long drive each way, but worth it to avoid the rust.
