And not only use a two speed but split shift every gear when you have a load on the way to the elevator. Kids now days don't plan far enough ahead to take the rearend into low before they make the corner so that the downshift to third doesn't catch. I can remember driving school bus on trips and being loaded enough to split all of the gears, too. I spent enough years doing it in school buses that I can do it in my sleep.
What about knowing what to do with a "Working 5th" transmission? I looked forever to find one in a grain truck and never did nail one down. Oh well.
