Ya,the biggest issue is that the radiator has to come out to get the steering cylinder unbolted from the shaft in the center of it. Other than that,there's just 9 bolts up underneath that hold the whole thing to the frame. It only took me about an hour to get the darned thing off at the scrap yard,but I worked about five hours getting the loader off,the old front end off,new one back on and the loader back on today.
Here's what she looked like with the original wider axle under it. I ran that thing for 16 years with the clamps loose trying to get it freed up so I could slide the spindles in,but they never did come loose.
